Checkbook 64 v1.2 is by a company called Ransom Software oddly enough, and was release in January 1989.  I'm sure it's exactly what you think, a program to balance your checkbook.  Lots of detailed docs on the disk.

Checkbook v1.4 by Robert J. Freepartner (released by Computer Craftware)  is a full fledged Checkbook (remember those?) program for the Commodore 64.  One neat feature of this software is that it not only supports the Commodore 1581 disk drive, it even supports using partitions. Note - Although there is what appears to be a Commodore 128 versions of this software on the disk, it doesn't work.  I believe this disk may have been a 1571 floppy that was imaged as a 1541.  All the same, thank you Scott H. for providing this and other images.

CRC v0.20 is a utility to test the data integrity of a file. Simply run CRC <filename> and you will get back a hash. Run that command again after the file has been moved, copied or transferred to make sure you get back the same hash. Source code is included in the archive
